Aisha Jamila Hinds is an American actress who is best famous for her performances in TV series The Shield and True Blood. She has proven her versatility since 2003 by delivering impressive performances in TV shows like 9-1-1 Detroit 1, 1-8-7 as well as Under the Dome. Anna's role on Assault on Precinct 13 was her first major break. Her first recognition came from her performance in the biographical movie All the Way. Hind was also recognized for her portrayal of Harriet Tubman in WGN America's period drama series Underground.
